I started with the City of Alexandria, Virginia in 1995 as a temporary secretary to the Chief Financial Officer. By the end of my career I was a member of the Board of Directors of the Government Finance Officers Association and the Chief FInancial Officer for the City of Alexandria. At every step of my career, I have been a dedicated financial professional, seeking creative, cost effective solutions for program delivery.

With a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and a background in graphic design, fashion, and brand development, I bring a creative approach to financial storytelling.
